We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, images, colors, prices, and availability accurately. Packaging and product appearance may vary slightly from the images displayed.

PurrAware Monitoring Crystals are intended to support mindful observation of a cat’s everyday litter box routine. They do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease and are not a substitute for professional veterinary advice.

If you notice a persistent or concerning change in your cat’s health or behavior, contact a licensed veterinarian.

1. ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE

We reserve the right to accept, refuse, limit, or cancel an order. An order is not considered accepted until payment has been authorized and an order confirmation has been issued.

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.

1. PRICES AND PAYMENTS

Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Applicable taxes, duties, and shipping charges, if any, are displayed before payment.

We may update prices or promotions at any time. A price change does not affect an order that has already been confirmed.

1. SUBSCRIPTIONS

When you select a subscription, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method according to the delivery frequency displayed at checkout.

Subscription prices and discounts are shown before purchase. You may pause, skip, or cancel future subscription orders through your customer account before the next scheduled billing date.

Cancelling a subscription does not cancel an order that has already been processed or fulfilled. If a recurring payment fails, we or our payment provider may retry the payment.

1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders are shipped to the address provided during checkout. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Consumable products that have been opened or used are not eligible for return unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
